  166.                           conference is for the HUBS to discuss Net

  168.                           administrative updates will be posted here. I

  181.                           of good BASIC programming along with how to
  182.                           accomplish your programming goals.  You can
  183.                           contribute to this area--regardless of your
  184.                           skill.  It may be asking a question that's
  185.                           stumping other users, too.  Or it may be
  186.                           helping me to get rid of an old programming
  187.                           prejudice/flaw.  Or... We hope for a spirited,
  188.                           argumentative conference; though deplore
  189.                           personal attacks and will vehemently react to
  190.                           such discourtesy. However, attacks on ones
  191.                           code is fair game and highly encouraged.  If
  192.                           you can't live with that, don't contribute a
  193.                           new snippet.

  196.                           discussion about programming using BASIC.  It
  197.                           is a conference with a topic that should be
  198.                           fairly closely followed. However, it is a much

  201.                           _only_ topic allowed.
